Delivery and Returns


All our items are handmade to order, the following lead times currently apply:

Under normal circumstances and circumstances within our control, we aim to deliver your items within  3- 5 working days for standard items, 10 working days for custom orders with a maximum of 28 days, from the date of full payment being made and cleared with the exception of: 

Pet Bed; due to the time it takes to make this item by hand we aim to delivery within 4 weeks from the date full payment is made and cleared.

All our UK Mainland deliveries are made via Royal Mail.  Please note that we are mostly able to track the orders, but can not be held responsible for their service. If you require delivery with full tracking, please get in contact. 

Postage Charges UK...

The following postal charges apply for deliveries in the UK:

Orders up to £50: £3.50

Orders £51 and over: FREE

Returns and Damages

If you are in any way unhappy with your product, please let us know as soon as possible. 

Due the the personalised nature of our items, returns are not accepted unless faulty / damaged upon receipt. Where possible, we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging. With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we are not responsible for return postage.
