All our items are handmade to order, the following lead times currently apply:
Under normal circumstances and circumstances within our control, we aim to dispatch your items within 5-7 working days from the date of full payment being made and cleared with the exception of:
Pet Bed and handmade furniture including shoe benches; due to the time it takes to make these items we aim to deliver within 4 weeks from the date full payment is made and cleared.
All our UK Mainland deliveries are made via Royal Mail for standard items and courier for larger, heavier items. Please note that we are mostly able to track the orders, but can not be held responsible for their service. If you require delivery with full tracking, please get in contact.

The standard delivery charges cover Mainland UK with the exceptions listed below. If you require your item delivered to the following areas, please contact us for a delivery price:

Returns and Damages
If you are in any way unhappy with your product, please let us know as soon as possible.
Due to the personalised nature of our items, returns are not accepted unless faulty / damaged upon receipt in which case a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the faulty items.
Where possible; we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging. With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we are not responsible for return postage.
