How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee:

Standard Orders -3-5 working days

Custom Orders - 10 working days 

If your order is going to take longer we will advise you at the time of purchase or soon after. If you require your order to be delivered sooner than the delivery times specified, please let us know at the time you place your order. We will do whatever we can to meet your requirements.

How do I return my item?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal 

Please note you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by this method

Are spaces included in the character allowance?

No. Spaces and punctuation have been taken into account when we give a character allowance. In some circumstances we alter the spacing to fit your engraving. The joy of having 

My item differs from the size and colour to the ones on your website

Wood is a natural product and no two pieces of wood are identical. The colour and grain will differ with every product. All sizes stated in the product information are approximate, but we try our best to make sure we are as close to the stated size as possible.

My order was damaged in transit, what should I do?

What do I do if there is a mistake on the inscription?

This should not happen because we confirm with you all spellings and arrangements. If, in the very unlikely event that this happens, please contact us immediately on : 01526 833731 or hello@honeysuckle-barn.net and we will resolve this problem.
